Every great client relationship starts with one conversation — and you're the teammate who makes that first impression count. As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the front line of Arvios' growth, connecting with potential clients, sparking genuine interest in our premium staff augmentation services, and opening doors that turn into long-term partnerships. We're not looking for someone who just dials numbers. We're looking for a relationship-builder — someone who listens well, communicates with confidence, and genuinely believes in the value of what we offer.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients for Arvios' premium staff augmentation services
Educate prospects on the benefits of our embedded partnership model with clarity and conviction
Set high-quality discovery calls for our CEO — your pipeline directly fuels our growth
Manage outbound outreach across multiple channels — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
Follow up consistently and strategically to move prospects through the pipeline
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets
