Rewrite Word Document

I have a word document that needs to be re-written into another word document. The current document was copy and pasted and has been added to and deleted from so much is it no longer a workable document. I need someone to take the word document and re-type into another word document with the exact formatting. They will also need to be able to link the Table of Contents. This document will need to be turned around ASAP. The document is 80 pages.
