JOB OVERVIEW

Reservations agent

• Provide the highest level of quality customer service to all we serve.
• Actively sell and promote hotel services, promotions and strategies.
• Check availability and process reservation requests, Upsell, cross sell and convert all sales opportunities.
• Process all requests from guests, travel agents, vendors and third-party partners.
• Provide quality guest services during all interactions.
• Master and use multiple property management systems
• Meet designated quality standards based on assigned client accounts.
• Achieve first call resolution.
• Utilize critical thinking.
• Process requests for changing, canceling, reconfirming existing reservations.
• Verifying various services as necessary based on the client
• Accurately notate and maintain guest records and profiles with preferences and requests.
• Add special comments/instructions to reservations as necessary
• Adhere to established blocks/restrictions as issued by management,
• seize every opportunity to enthusiastically cross-sell rooms, restaurants, shows and other client services.
• Abide by the Independent Contractor Agreement.


DATA AGENT

3.1 Job Description
Ability to quickly and accurately receive electronic forms of third-party reservation requests and accurately process it in accordance with the third-party’s and target property’s policies and procedures.
3.1.1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to all contacts (telephone calls, emails, texts, web chats, inquiries and requests) in a professional manner.
* Research required information using available resources.
* Resolve customer concerns.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Process orders, complete forms and applications
* Identify and escalate priority issues.
* Route calls to appropriate contacts.
* Follow up with customer calls where necessary
* Update dispositions
* Update Subject Line on complete email
* Describe products and services.
* Obtain customer information.
* Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases.
* Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
