US Marketing Agency | Home Services Niche

We’re a growing US marketing agency looking for an experienced SDR / Appointment Setter to handle inbound and outbound leads.

We’re looking for someone disciplined, consistent, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment. If you’re looking for an easy role where you can coast, this isn’t for you.

About the Role
We provide AI-powered lead generation systems for Home Services businesses (painters, remodelers, and similar trades).

Your job: book qualified decision-makers onto our closer’s calendar.

You’ll be responsible for:

Responding quickly to inbound leads
Making outbound calls to US business owners
Using phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying prospects and booking meetings in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Managing follow-ups and keeping the CRM updated
Hitting daily activity goals (80–120+ outbound dials)
We provide scripts, CRM, and coaching. You bring the consistency and work ethic.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in BPO voice sales, outbound sales, SDR, telesales, or appointment setting
US campaign experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working with daily KPIs and sales targets
Strong English communication skills
Confident on the phone and skilled at handling objections
Self-managed, reliable, and motivated by results
Bonus:

Home services / local business sales experience
Marketing agency or B2B sales experience
GoHighLevel (GHL) or CRM experience
Schedule
8AM–5PM HST / 2AM–11AM PHT

This schedule is non-negotiable.

Compensation
?30,000–?50,000/month base (based on experience)
Uncapped commission
Residual commissions for long-term clients
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or Payoneer
13th month considered for long-term tea ---------- mbers
