Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administrative Coordination
· Coordinate activities with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and business partners
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and operational activities
· Track action items and ensure commitments are completed on time
· Maintain organized records, files, and business documentation
· Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
· Monitor ongoing activities and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks
· Assist with administrative and operational planning activities
· Prepare routine reports and maintain business records
