Remote Admin & Payroll Assistant (Cleaning / Facility Services)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

We are a growing Singapore-based facilities management and home services company looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Performance Manager to lead our online marketing efforts.

Important: Our SEO is already managed by an external agency. Your role is to coordinate with the SEO agency, ensure targets are achieved, and focus on generating more leads while building our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

* Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns.
* Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid advertising channels.
* Improve lead quality while reducing cost per lead.
* Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion.

SEO Coordination

* Work closely with our external SEO agency.
* Review monthly SEO reports and ensure agreed KPIs are achieved.
* Coordinate website updates and content implementation.
* Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance.

Brand Growth

* Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns.
* Plan social media marketing strategies.
* Coordinate website improvements and marketing content.
* Work with designers and content creators to maintain a consistent brand image.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track marketing performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
* Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
* Strong experience managing Google Ads (SEM).
* Experience coordinating with SEO agencies or external vendors.
* Familiar with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment.
