Salary: $750 USD per month
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background as a nurse or physical therapist, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving quality standards in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Conduct audits and assessments of clinical processes and patient care.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide support to clinical staff on quality assurance practices.
Collaborate with management to develop and update policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Clinical experience as a nurse or physical therapist.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles in a healthcare setting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a quality assurance role.
Knowledge of lymphedema care and home health services.
