House of Cameras is an award winning UK based e-commerce business specialising in buying, refurbishing and selling used cameras, lenses, and photographic accessories. We are expanding our operations and looking for a long-term Purchasing Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone methodical, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive but important daily research and sourcing tasks. You will play a key part in how we source inventory and maintain our reputation for quality and value for money.


Responsibilities:
- Research used camera equipment across various online marketplaces (eBay, Yahoo Japan, etc.)
- Analyse the UK second-hand market to set accurate product pricing and set bidding limits.
- Place bids on auctions and track performance against sourcing goals.
- Update records, spreadsheets, and sourcing databases with high accuracy.
- Support additional administrative, research and other tasks as assigned.


Requirements:
- Fluent/advanced written and spoken English proficiency (essential)
- Consistent, high-speed internet connection and dependable computer setup
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Reliable, loyal, and committed to long-term employment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to ask questions
- Fast learner, able to follow systems and procedures efficiently
- Must not be employed by multiple companies or actively work for other companies, clients or projects.


Bonus (not required but advantageous):
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of cameras, lenses, or used markets
- Transferable skills such as web design, graphic design, or any other skills that could help a business like mine succeed.


Working Hours & Compensation
- Full-time, work from home remote position (40 hours per week)
- Relatively flexible working hours
- $1125 USD / PHP 65k per month pay
