Project Manager

The position is for project manager and you would be doing a bit of everything and make sure that what needs to get done, gets done. The right person for the role will be tech savvy, a fast learner and a great attention for detail.

Some of the duties include:
Creating Shopify & Amazon listings -- you'll be writing the titles, doing keyword research, writing copy, getting images from our graphic designer and doing a lot of follow ups to make sure that everything's being delivered
Writing out email campaigns for products, sales etc -- you'll ideally have some good writing skills but not necessary
Reordering goods from suppliers and making sure that we never run out of inventory -- you'll be monitoring our inventory levels to make sure that everything is running smoothly
Coordinating shipments and making sure that everything arrives correctly (we mainly use DHL). Also making sure that you properly coordinate with suppliers to make sure that they apply product labels and carton labels correctly
Making sure that listings are optimized (photos, keywords etc)
Sourcing new products -- you'll get training on this but eventually you'll start to have some product ideas too
Coordinating advertising campaigns internally and with external contractors
Monitoring sales & keeping track of ROI of ad spends
Managing contractors, writing job ads to find contractors, interviewing etc.
