Copyright & Compliance Requirements (Very Important)
• If you use any assets/templates/graphics/fonts from websites, you must ensure they are licensed for commercial use.
• You must provide and keep the corresponding license/authorization proof.
• If a commercial font or asset license needs to be purchased: you may complete the design first ? then we will purchase the license after I review and approve the design.
(To save everyone’s time: please confirm in advance that the license is purchasable and check whether the price is reasonable before starting the design.)

Confidentiality Agreement (Must Be Signed)
• You may not copy the confidentiality agreement from online sources (the NDA must not be directly copied).
• All design deliverables and intellectual property belong to the company.
• You may not post any company designs on social media or use them for any personal commercial purposes (No social media / No commercial reuse).

Work Standards
• Quality first (focus on quality, not quantity).
• Deliverables must be well-organized, reusable, and traceable.

File Naming Rules (Must Follow)

Format: yourname_chrismas_bag_001_v1
Notes:
• 001 = your first design task / artwork serial number
• v1 = the first version (then v2/v3…)
