Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) to join our growing behavioral health practice. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services while working collaboratively in a supportive environment. This contract position offers flexibility and the opportunity to build a thriving caseload.

Responsibilities

* Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
* Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
* Participate in required supervision to meet state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

* Active Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) license in Louisiana.
* Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
* Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
* Professional liability insurance required.
