We're seeking a highly qualified, skilled, experienced PHP developer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in PHP Laravel

You are a highly motivated self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. You have excellent people and communication skills to confidently work with global stakeholders and cross functional teams.

You should have a passion for developing innovative and user-friendly web applications that provide an exceptional user experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We need someone who can work with minimal supervision. Someone who can work on their own and respond to directions ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:
• Extensive knowledge about PHP app development.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
• You should have a passion for developing innovative and user-friendly applications that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application.
• Deploying and updating apps using Github
• Ability to use various tools and services for testing, debugging, deploying, and monitoring applications.
• Monitoring app performance and user feedback using analytics and crash reporting tools.
• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code.


Qualifications:
• Must be responsible, organized and have great communication skills.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Software Web App Developer.
• Great with finding creative solutions to tech issues.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally on behalf of the business owner.
• Must possess excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and superior attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.

WORK SCHEDULE/ WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT/ SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
• Full Time
• Must be available to attend weekly meetings, 9 am to 12 pm ET.
• Must have a video camera and headset or microphone (for tea ---------- etings).
• Have a dedicated work space, computer and reliable internet access.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• 2+ years’ experience as a App Developer.
