PHP Laravel/CodeIgniter

I have a custom software program to be sold as a SaaS. Looking to bring development and roadmap in-house. Will need experience in Gmail automation, Twilio API, Facebook API, Google Places API and creating API's for future Zapier integrations of our program to automate certain functions. The software is currently built and ---------- needs a bunch of improvements.
