PHP DEVELOPER - UNIT TESTING REQUIRED

Thanks for taking a few minutes to read this. I'll try to keep it brief.

We require a fully unit-tested standalone PHP command line script that will send data created by a WordPress website to an external API. Data manipulation to translate between the website and API may be required.

You will need to review a snapshot of the website database and the API documentation to determine the mapping of all data.

We will need simple hash-based change detection to determine if the record needs to be updated the next time the script runs. Data returned from the API will need to be stored to identify which records have already been uploaded and to properly update changed records.

You may use a framework like Laravel (preferred but not required) to make development easier, though it will be a command-line tool with no front end.

Here are the requirements. If you have ALL of this, then apply:
- Strong TDD PHP programming skills. All code will require unit testing and 100% code coverage.
- Experience building or working with external APIs is required.
- Experience working with the WordPress database structure. We'll send the API data from custom posts in a WordPress website.
- Written English language skills.
- Most importantly, you need to communicate! I want you to ask for help if you need it. I want you to tell me if I'm not clear.
