Part-Time Technical AI Assistant | Solution Design | AI Agents | Technical Documentation

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly intelligent, technical assistant who can support a variety of AI, software, and technology consulting projects. This is a long-term, part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a larger role.

This is not an administrative assistant position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys technology, learns quickly, understands technical concepts, and can use AI to work efficiently.

You’ll be supporting multiple client projects, helping with solution design, technical documentation, AI agent creation, research, and project execution.

What You’ll Do

* Create and update Statements of Work (SOWs)
* Gather and organize customer requirements
* Perform technical research on products, technologies, and customer environments
* Build AI agents using our internal platforms (training and videos provided)
* Learn new software quickly and apply it to customer projects
* Create and maintain spreadsheets for project tracking and documentation
* Review customer notes and convert them into technical documentation
* Assist with solution design and implementation planning
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research, writing, and documentation
* Help support conversational AI and contact center projects
* Assist with additional technology and consulting projects as needed

Don’t worry if you don’t know every technology listed. If you’re a fast learner with a strong technical foundation, we’ll train you on our internal tools and processes.
