Part-Time PHP / Android Coder

Need a Part-Time PHP Developer with Good PHP / Jquery / MYSQL Skills. Looking for serious coders only. I want to hire on part-time basis 4-6hrs a day. Depending upong your skills, I want someone who can code websites for me from scratch and fix / upgrade some PHP scripts that i already have.
