ouTube SEO Expert & Content Strategist (Trending Topics + Scriptwriting)

I’m looking for a YouTube SEO specialist who understands both the algorithm and audience psychology. Your role will be to find trending video topics in my niche, optimize them for maximum reach, and create engaging scripts that drive retention and subscriber growth.

Responsibilities:

Research trending topics, high-search keywords, and competitor content in my niche.

Suggest video ideas backed by keyword data + trend analysis.

Create optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails suggestions for maximum click-through and ranking.

Write compelling video scripts (8–12 min) with strong hooks, retention loops, and natural CTAs.

Optimize content for both YouTube search & suggested traffic.

Track performance and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in YouTube SEO & growth strategy (examples of past work required).

Ability to use TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or other SEO tools.

Strong scriptwriting skills (must understand pacing, hooks, and storytelling for YouTube).

Understanding of YouTube analytics and how to improve CTR, retention, and watch time.

Good communication skills and ability to work with deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut) for script + content support.

Experience in the business / side hustle / digital products niche.
