Operator / Project Manager

We're a marketing agency for architects, home builders, contractors, design-build and construction companies.

We built a serious program to make MYA the most credible agency in this niche: fix our Google presence, get 50+ real reviews, publish original industry research, earn editorial links from real AEC publications, rebuild the technical SEO. The whole thing already lives in ClickUp. 8 lists, ~85 tasks, and every task has SOPs, checklists, acceptance criteria and dependencies. Nothing about this job is vague. The plan exists. It needs someone to run it.

What you'll actually do:

- Own the ClickUp board. Keep the queue moving. No unblocked task sits idle.
- Check finished work against the acceptance criteria. A task is done when the live result is verified and the evidence is attached. Not before.
- Chase me and my co-founder for approvals so nothing waits on us.
- Hire and manage freelancers: writers, devs, outreach people, VAs. Send bad work back with one concrete correction.
- Report weekly: what shipped, what's blocked, what's next.

Who should apply:

I need someone who gets things done and is honest about what they're great at. I want very specific skill sets. Tell me things like:

- "My background is in finance, but I understand digital marketing."
- "I know ClickUp inside and out."
- "I'm really, really good at TikTok. Here's exactly what I do there."
