This is the logistical backbone of our network, demanding total process ownership and a New York standard of excellence.

3. ELITE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your 40-hour workweek balances high-level data analytics and pod management with live, high-volume traffic coordination during critical community rushes:
Pod Management & Weekday Safety Net: Take complete control of our daily operational workflows. You will monitor live pod attendance and shift hand-offs. If a weekday specialist faces a power outage or emergency call-out, you will instantly step into the live inbound hot seat to keep operations moving without a single dropped ball.
Data Analytics & Content Strategy: Compile and track real-time campaign viewership and engagement metrics inside Google Sheets. You will analyze what content performs best, translate raw numbers into actionable feedback, and set the daily publishing agenda for the inbound specialists and local editing team.
Media Pipeline Oversight: Monitor our internal Slack pipeline (#hotline-intake to #status-ready) to ensure raw community clips are moving quickly between remote specialists and local US editors, maintaining a steady queue of content.
Live Traffic & Fixed Coverage Blocks: Manage inbound traffic across WhatsApp Web and Slack during two weekly windows, executing strict account safety protocols (Spintex template rotation) and verifying live media tips.
Friday Shift: Fixed block from 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH time. Prepping the final Friday push and locking in the weekend's automated holds.
Sunday Shift: Fixed block seasonally starting between 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM PH time (NY Saturday Night). Managing the massive traffic surge as the community comes back online.
Weekday Flexibility: Outside of your fixed weekend hours and emergency coverage duties, you have flexibility over your schedule to complete your remaining analytics and management hours.

4. THE STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE (REQUIREMENTS)

To maintain our network's high-performance culture, we require professionals who meet the following elite criteria:
Flawless Written English: Advanced command of grammar, sentence structure, and professional tone. You must communicate with absolute clarity, speed, and authority.
Technical & Data Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience managing granular data tracking and visualization workflows within Google Sheets. You must have a strong technical foundation in sheets, an understanding of how to analyze viewer retention trends, and the ability to build and manage custom macros.
Process-Driven Mindset: You do not wait to be micro-managed. You look at the entire workflow, manage the process independently, catch data/billing errors, and keep systems moving smoothly.
Hyper-Attention to Detail: Absolute discipline. Whether you are auditing financial invoices or manually executing anti-ban text rotations on WhatsApp, you never cut corners.
Rock-Solid Infrastructure: A dedicated, distraction-free workspace. You must have active backup power and internet solutions (generator, power station, and/or high-speed mobile data) to guarantee 100% operational uptime.

5. COMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH

Hourly Rate: $5.00 – $6.50 USD per hour (negotiable based on your elite analytical and process management skills).
