JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: The Operations Manager (title flexible) oversees all day-to-day operations of our remote team. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll (Onpay), HR tasks, documentation, training, and support general administration. Scroll to the bottom for Responsibilities and Requirements sections. Location: Remote (global, no US work permit needed)

Compensation: $7/hour ($6/hr for the 3-month trial). Benefits to be developed in 2026. Some flexible hours possible, but mostly Pacific Time business hours.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Handle general admin tasks as needed
- Recruit, oversee and support overseas tea ---------- mbers daily
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation
- Implement retention strategies for tea ---------- mbers
- Lead teacher recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage payroll and HR administration

Requirements:
- Tech-savvy and strong English
- Experience in operations, HR, and project management preferred
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing remote teams
- Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus
