Operations Assistant

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking to hire an Operations Assistant. Our main platforms are Amazon and Walmart.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Data extraction: Responsible for the extraction of background data of each platform and operational tools to ensure the accuracy of data information, including but not limited to Amazon background, ERP, Clickup, Feishu, WeChat, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Tool4seller etc

Data collection: Responsible for sorting the data information extracted from each platform and operational tools ?including but not limited to Amazon background, ERP, Clickup, Feishu, WeChat, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Tool4seller etc?and filling it in the corresponding form or online system

Data archiving: Ensure efficient and fast finding and use of various data and files (including but not limited to sales data, marketing data, operational documentation and production documentations)

Data Update: Update the contents of the table data that need to be updated regularly or irregularly to ensure the timeliness of the update?data including but not limited to product negative comment, sales report, Amazon claim status etc?

Handling regular cases: Responsible for opening some regular cases in the Amazon background and communicating with customer service to deal with them, such as FBA fee changes, inventory claims, etc

Bill processing: Work with the finance department to assist in the task of bill payment

Assist the operation specialist to formulate social media ---------- cluding but not limited to product/recipe video content, write simple video copy, and assist the design department to complete the video shooting etc.

Assist the operation specialist to handle operation work on the ---------- cluding but not limited to optimizing product listing, marketing research, etc.

Learning and promotion: Actively participate in the construction of the operation team, participate in training and guidance on time, learn business skills and operation processes, and grow and progress together with the team


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Can work FULL TIME
- Possible Working Hours: Flexible. You can work any time of the day as long as you finish the task on time. However, in the first few weeks, you will need to work alongside our sales team for training. Since they are in China, it would be 9:30am to 5:30pm PH/China time.
- You can work on weekends if preferred.
- Rate: Starting pay is $4 (rest assured if your performance is good, you will get a chance for a salary increase)
- Must have a stable internet connection
- Must be hardworking, dedicated, detail-oriented, has work ethics and strong communication skills
- Good English Skills
- Can start immediately


NOTE: We provide TRAINING on some critical tasks but you must have enough experience with the other tasks stated above.
