Operations Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role is crucial in delivering one of the core processes of the company - building Consumer Confidence Reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, with a strong foundation in data tools, excellent communication skills, and a forward-thinking mindset prepared for AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Data Ingestion

Primary Responsibility: Own the end-to-end process of building and validating Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Data Ingestion: Efficiently ingest, clean, transform, and map client's raw data/information (often unstructured or semi-structured) into usable formats for analysis and reporting

2. Technical Proficiency and AI Readiness

Demonstrate Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including the use of complex formulas (e.g., $VLOOKUP$, $INDEX/MATCH$, $ARRAYFORMULA$, conditional formatting, pivot tables) and scripting/automation (e.g., Google Apps Script or VBA) is a strong advantage.
Actively explore and propose ways to integrate AI tools and machine learning principles into current operational processes for enhanced automation

3. Communication and Stakeholder Management

Possess great communication skills (oral and written), capable of presenting complex analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure effective and accurate delivery

4. Process Optimization and Management

Proactively audit current operational workflows and propose methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all processes.
Manage multiple, concurrent operational tasks and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Analytical Skill: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a relentless focus on process improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Technical Tools: Intermediate to Advance proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable, with a deep understanding of formulas and data manipulation techniques.
- Reporting: Proven proficiency in reporting and visualization techniques.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule and work from home
- Basic to Immediate Technical Writing Experience is a plus

Working Hours and Set-up:

Full-time Role
Comfortable in working Remotely for 40 hours per week
Amenable to work in Central European Time or Easter Standard Time
