We are a fast-growing Property Management company in Australia and we are urgently looking for a Notion Expert who can take our internal systems to the next level. If you are highly skilled in building advanced Notion workspaces and have experience with coding or automation, we want to hear from you.

*Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining our entire Notion ecosystem.
This includes:
1. Optimized Notion Workspace: Building and refining company Wikis, team dashboards, and 50+ customized templates in Notion to improve productivity and collaboration.
2. Creating scalable systems that support day-to-day property management operations.
Implementing advanced automation and integrations using coding/scripting (e.g., JavaScript, API connections, automation tools).
3. Maintaining and continuously improving the workspace as our team and processes evolve.


*What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven expertise in Notion (workspace architecture, databases, dashboards, templates).
2. Coding or scripting background (Notion API experience is a plus).
3. Ability to analyze workflows and create efficient systems.
4. Strong eye for structure, documentation, and user experience.
5. Experience in Real Estate or Property Management is an advantage but not required.
