? Implement changes and service request according to predefined network and information security procedures
? Create reports such as network and security risks and vulnerability performance and problem status
? Assess and monitor network and security performance
? Perform network and security appliances firmware patching and performance tuning.
? Forecast network bandwidth and utilization growth for Capacity management
? Prepare, Maintains and Review PPM or level 2 Support Troubleshooting Manual
? Plan, review and update Method of Procedures (MOP)
? Set-up and update preventive maintenance checklist for network and security appliances
? 24x7 On-call Incident Analyst for escalated incidents
? Perform troubleshooting for incidents with severity 1 and 2
? Administer and configure network and security appliances
? Back-up and archives network logs and configuration files on a weekly basis to recover configurations in case of hardware problems or failure
- Heavy on Network (Juniper/Cisco/Dell/Sonic Wall)
- on an 8x5 schedule
- avaialable 24x7 on-call basis
- Based in Makati
