Need Systems Admin/Devops Expert for Full-Time Work

We are a small web development company that focuses primarily on Magento development. We are looking for an expert level Systems Admin/Devops candidate and we will pay well for the right person. The general work would include things like:

- Building servers from scratch optimized for development
- Configuring nginx, apache, varnish, memcache, etc
- Restoring clients sites to our development server (or creating a better process for local development)
- Handling various issues on client servers (e.g. installing SSLs, setting up services like Cloudfront or Fastly, setting up CDNs, troubleshooting connection issues, etc)
- Optimizing client servers for Magento
- Helping build out automation for various things that we do internally (e.g. code deployments, refreshing a dev instance with production data, etc).
- Help troubleshoot Magento related issues from the server-side
- Fixing things like VPNs
