n8n Developer for AI Agency – Remote

Job Title:
Salary: $1,500/month (USD) (Paid bi-weekly)
Hours: Full-Time (40h/week)

We are a profitable, bootstrapped workflow automation AI agency looking for our Lead Technical Builder. In this role, you will build:
1. RAG pipelines and chatbots
2. General Worfklow automations (GHL, slack, google drive, linkedin integration, etc.) + LLMs AI Agent
3. Mantain current workflows built previously.

This is NOT a Virtual Assistant role. This is an Engineering role. You will have full ownership of our tech stack. No bureaucracy, no HR meetings, just building and shipping.

What You Will Do:
1. Architect: Design database schemas (Postgres) and automation logic.
2. Build: Create production-ready workflows in n8n (using custom JavaScript nodes).
3. Solve: Integrate Vector Databases and LLMs to build "Chat with Data" (RAG) systems.

The Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
1. You can write complex logic in Function Nodes. You are not just a "drag-and-drop" user.
2. You know Data: You understand SQL, JSON structures, and API error handling.
3. You are obsessed with optimization: You know how to provide solutions that work, that are scalable, a know how to debug them when they are not working.
