JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced n8n Developer who will design, implement, and maintain complex automation workflows using the n8n platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and create scalable solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Development

Design and build sophisticated automation workflows using n8n's visual workflow editor
Create custom nodes and integrations when existing solutions don't meet requirements
Develop API connections and data transformations between various business applications
Implement error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for robust workflow execution

System Integration

Connect disparate systems including CRM, marketing tools, databases, and third-party APIs
Design data mapping and transformation logic for seamless information flow
Ensure secure handling of sensitive data throughout automated processes
Optimize workflow performance and resource utilization

Collaboration & Documentation

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document workflows, processes, and best practices for team knowledge sharing
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to tea ---------- mbers on automation best practices
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for workflow quality

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for custom node development
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and various authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT)
Knowledge of database operations (SQL/NoSQL) and data transformation techniques
Understanding of JSON, XML, and other data formats

Integration Experience

Proven experience integrating popular business tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented approach with focus on reliability and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other automation platforms (Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Apache Airflow)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms
Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices
Previous experience in a studio or creative agency environment
