Monday.com Developer / Expert

We need We are looking for an experienced ---------- expert to help transform our business processes by migrating our existing Smartsheet-based systems into ---------- .
This is not simply a data migration project—we need someone who can understand our existing workflows, recommend best practices, and build scalable systems that improve how our business operates.
We are a specialist construction/signage company with multiple departments including estimating, design, project management, procurement, manufacturing and installation. Our systems need to manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities
Review our existing Smartsheet workflows and processes.
Recommend improvements before migration where appropriate.
Build robust ---------- workspaces, boards and dashboards.
Design automations to reduce manual administration.
Create linked boards, dependencies and relationships.
Configure forms, status tracking, notifications and reporting.
Build management dashboards and KPI reporting.
Assist with integrations where required.
Train our team on the new workflows.
Document the systems for future maintenance.

Essential Skills
Extensive experience implementing ---------- for businesses.
Previous experience migrating from Smartsheet (or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of workflow design and business process improvement.
Experience with Monday automations and integrations.
Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions—not simply recreate what already exists.

Desirable Skills
Experience with construction, manufacturing or project-based businesses.
Experience with CRM, estimating or project management workflows.
