Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Level Engineer that is interested in building and supporting Modern Cloud & Zero-Trust Architecture based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 App stack.

The right candidate will play a critical role in delivering consistent business value for our clients and ensure they are leveraging their technology as a competitive advantage. The right candidate will hit the ground running and help the team deliver several open technical transformation projects while demonstrating project planning and team-leading skills. This is a hands-on engineering role.

Position Responsibilities

Professional Services
- Work with the management team, decision-makers, and stakeholders to refine business and create technical requirements
- Solution design and implementation of new technologies for clients to meet the business requirements
- Project planning and scope definition
- Complete technical deliverable as required by the project

Escalation & Support
- Provide Tier 3 & 4 escalation support
- Troubleshoot complex issues across a diverse range of on-premise and cloud solutions
- Provide thorough and complete root cause analysis with recommended remediation and prevention plans
- Utilize automation tools to resolve recurring issues and increase efficiency

Position Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
- Availability to work 8-5pm EST as well as after hours and weekends as needed
- A minimum of 5 years of recent relevant working experience (Azure & Microsoft 365)
- Comfortable with developing and customizing PowerShell Scripts for purposes of optimization, automation and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of virtual networking
- Experience deploying and supporting various VDI and Application workloads in an HA environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 suite of applications (AAD, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure & Azure Active Directory
