Moderator with programming knowledge

We have a site that you can think of as a cross between SO and Wikipedia, but for subjective topics, like deciding on a programming language for statistical analysis or picking the best js lib for creating charts.

And I need help running it. I need someone to talk to the community, mediate conflicts, answer user questions. Tasks like that.

It’s important to note that the site goes beyond dev topics, into topics like consumer electronics and gaming, so some of what you’ll have to field won't be programming related. But while the other topics can be covered by many, we currently have just a single mod capable of covering dev topics. So we’re looking to add 1-2 people with dev skills to the mod team.

Another important thing to note is that this is not a temp gig, I’m looking for someone on a long-term basis. It’s a full-time position and the starting rate is $5/h (paid via paypal).
