Mobile Landing Page Developer, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Looking for a Developer to aid in building mobile landing pages for my affiliate team and offers. Must have a background with mobile landing pages and be creative to generate pages for split testing.

Our team is running a variety of mobile offers and are looking for someone that can aid in the development of pages for split testing. Must be familiar with JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Pages will need to be set up so we can easily drop in offer links and upload to servers. Knowledge of Voluum tracking software is necessary as that is the tool we are using to track campaigns.

Please respond with experience and samples. Possible for long term work.
