Middle / Senior Full - Stack Developer (React, FastApi)

What you will work on:

You'll be a core contributor building and evolving the web applications that sit at the center of our clients' digital operations and internal products which we develop.

Build and maintain React-based frontends: dashboards, portals, and business-critical UIs
Design and develop REST APIs in FastAPI (Python) that serve frontend clients and integrate with third-party systems
Implement authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and Microsoft Entra ID
Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Application Insights)
Work with Azure SQL Database and/or PostgreSQL for data modelling and queries
Collaborate across process, automation, data, and AI disciplines — not just within a dev silo
Contribute to infrastructure decisions and IaC where relevant (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)

Required qualifications:

3+ years of professional React.js experience — hooks, component architecture, production-grade frontends
3+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript in production environments
2+ years building REST APIs with Python and FastAPI (Flask or Django background considered)
Solid understanding of auth patterns: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and/or Microsoft Entra ID
Experience delivering SaaS products, business applications, dashboards, or customer-facing portals
Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs, code review, branching)
Strong written and spoken English — our clients and internal team are European-based

Preferred qualifications:

Microsoft Azure experience: App Services, Functions, Application Insights
Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, or PostgreSQL
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or UiPath enterprise platforms
Familiarity with SolidJS or interest in reactive frontend frameworks beyond React
