Mega Menu CSS/HTML Developer Wanted

We're looking for an individual who can code CSS/HTML and JavaScript for a mega menu onto our click funnels landing page mini website.

The sample menu sections on our test page above are not finalized but gives an indication as to how we want the menu sections to work.
We would like the code for the menu to remain inside clickfunnels and the menus to be created as sections so that they can appear on HOVER/ The goal would be to allow us to edit the sections inside ClickFunnels editor and redesign them as needed.

Requirements
Mega Menu with 6 sections
Compatible with ClickFunnels
Ability to update all menus from one file location *if possible but not required (if the menu code needs to be added to all pages, we can take care of that after the first sample is created anda ---------- le Friendly
