Medior Web Developer

???? We’re Hiring: Medior Web Developer (Remote)

Are you a skilled Web Developer with 3–5 years of experience looking to grow into larger, more complex projects? We’re looking for a motivated developer who can start with smaller assignments and gradually take ownership of full-scale web development projects.

What you’ll do:

- Begin with coding tasks such as bug fixes, feature tweaks, and performance improvements
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins (no off-the-shelf templates)
- Optimize websites for speed, security, and technical SEO
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and SEO specialists
- Maintain documentation and version control (Git)
- Use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) to speed up prototyping and reduce repetitive work
- Contribute ideas for AI-based features (e.g., chatbots, personalization, smart search)


What we’re looking for:
- Medior-level web developer with 3–5 years of experience
- Strong skills in PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Solid experience in custom WordPress development and Elementor
- Familiarity with Git, cPanel, VPS, DNS setup
- Knowledge of caching, SSL, and backup strategies
- Strong English communication skills
- Interest in using AI tools to accelerate workflow

Nice to have:
- GA4 and technical SEO knowledge
- Figma for developer handoff
- Advanced API integration
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Tabnine, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)
