Compensation

Performance-Based Pay (Per Chart Completed)

This position is paid per chart, not by the hour. Most coders earn the equivalent of $7–$9+ per hour, depending on their speed, accuracy, and experience. The more quality charts you complete, the more you earn.

Healthcare Recruiting International (HRI) is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Coder with a strong background in home health coding to join our growing remote team.

Qualifications
3 Years Experience
Certified Medical Coder (BCHHC, HCS-D, HCS-H, HCS-O, COSC)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, OASIS, and Plan of Care coding
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with home health discharge coding.
