Maintenance Coordinator

Hello to our next Superstar Employee!

We are looking for 3 team players who have construction/maintenance background for US homes.
We need teammates who can support resident requests for renovations, maintenance inquiries and basic diagnostics for residential concerns.
Experience with Property Ware and Maintenance Plus is a must.
Good conversation skills and the ability to think critically is a must.

Equipment Requirements:
- i5 processer with 8GB of RAM and at least 5MBPS of internet speed
- reliable internet connection and a back-up for internet and power in case of outages
- noise-cancelling headset

Qualifications:
- Background in construction and/or maintenance for US homes
- Fluency in written and spoken professional English language
- Technical proficiency for online applications and a willing attitude to learn
- Must have worked from home or did virtual work for at least 1 year

Benefits and Compensation:
- $700 per month
- 5 days of paid leave (sick and vacation)
- 13th month pay yearly
