low code/no code mobile app developer

Hello, I'm looking for a no code/low code development expert to build me a mobile calorie tracking app. I would like this to be done in under a week from start to finish including implementing all databases, back end etc. i will attach an example of an app, I will be looking to replicate. We will have to change the design 10 to 15% from the example I show (we can hire a designer just for this if you prefer) please let me know a quote and a timeline for this based on the example that I show. Ideally we can set milestones to pay you based off and then keep you on the team for app maintenance long-term. I will also ask you to help implement the paywall software, etc. Here is the design/functionality.:
