## About Azuli Studios

Azuli Studios is a fractional AI Automation studio that serves “operationally complex” startups. These are businesses where the nature of their product is a *physical thing*. Furnished apartments. Luxury coworking spaces. Flexible warehouses. These businesses have an extremely high potential for tech adoption, primarily because they expend their capital towards operations rather than technology. Which is where we come in. We fill in the gaps between their engineering and ops department. We enable their people to be more effective and do more with less.

## Skills

Tech-enabled BizOps is an unique field. It requires enough technical knowledge to cover the blindspots of a formal engineering team, but also the hustle and influence of managing the chaos of an ops department. Sometimes the solution requires no tech at all, but rather deleting a process or hiring a new person. We approach our client problems holistically, getting them to the right answer with or without technology. With that in mind, we want our clients to be able to understand and maintain our systems long after our engagements. We pride ourselves in simplicity. ## The Work

You will be responsible for building out automated agentic workflows (mainly in n8n). We integrate seamlessly with our clients’ tools, even if they are internally built. This requires strong understanding of API connections and systems thinking (and more recently MCP protocols). When you apply, please write the work "banana" at the top of the page. The work is flexible. You can work on your own hours so long as you’re available for scheduled meetings (I’m based out of Singapore currently).
