Looking for a Conversion-focused Web Designer

My name is Bryan and I run a small but steadily growing funnel design agency.

I'm looking for someone to join my team who is an expert in designing funnels and websites that are
1) Conversion-focused
2) Stunning in Design

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Conceptualizing beautiful layout for websites & funnels
2. Designing websites and funnels for Wordpress / Clickfunnels Clients

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1-year experience in the following:
- Website / Funnel design

Be it following instructions or paying attention to the little details in your work. This is one quality that turns a good designer into a great one, and a good design into a great one. This is a must for working with us.

I am looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship and happy to grow with our company. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

? Integrity
You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to me and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront and honest about it, we are all human after all ????

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
? Web research using search engines like Google etc..
? Figma (or similar)
? Photoshop (or similar)
? Clickfunnels
? Wordpress
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs
? Google Sheets
? Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc

I’m looking for someone who can grow with us and potentially add more to the team. If you have the following skills, this would be a plus and will help your application.

1. Graphic Design
2. Brand Design
3. Understanding of Direct-response Copywriting (or maybe even know how to write copy)

This is a full-time position from Mondays to Fridays, 10 am to 2 pm (Philippine Standard Time). The other 4 hours are flexible. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

The rate for this job is negotiable.
