We are hiring a professional locksmith dispatcher with prior locksmith dispatch experience to handle inbound service calls and coordinate technicians across New York City.

This role is not for beginners or general call-center agents. Applicants must have hands-on experience dispatching for a locksmith company.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming locksmith service calls professionally and efficiently

Identify service needs (lockouts, lock changes, rekeys, car keys, commercial services)

Collect and verify service address information

Dispatch the closest qualified technician

Communicate job details via CRM and messaging tools

Log all calls accurately

Follow strict dispatcher procedures (no pricing, no deposits, no upselling)

Required Qualifications

Previous locksmith dispatch experience (required)

Experience handling residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services

Fluent, clear spoken English

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Fast decision-making and multitasking skills

Reliable internet connection

Quiet work environment

Ability to follow scripts and rules exactly

? No general call-center experience only
? No sales roles
? No beginners

Preferred Qualifications

Experience dispatching emergency or on-call technicians

Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp, or VOIP phone systems or workiz

Experience working with U.S. customers
