Loan Processor (Mortgage Broking)

Australia’s Promptli Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, highly experienced Loan Processor to join our growing, dynamic team - fully remote, work from home.

As a Loan Processor at Promptli, you will manage the end-to-end loan processing journey for our Broker clients, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at every stage - all while working remotely as part of our collaborative team.

Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing, packaging, and lodging loan applications through aggregator platforms and AOL
- Managing the full loan submission process with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with Brokers throughout the loan journey
- Collaborating closely with fellow Loan Processors to ensure smooth workflows and outstanding service delivery
- Upholding Promptli’s mission and values by delivering excellence, respect, and reliable support in every interaction

To be successful, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan processing across multiple CRMs (e.g., BrokerEngine, Salestrekker, Connective)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Analytical problem-solving skills, especially when reviewing financial documentation
- Solid experience within the Australian mortgage and lending industry
- A team-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a work-from-home setting
