Should have good understanding on Australian Mortgage, servicing calculators, Apply Online and Flex (a must!)

Responsibilities:
- Data entry for new leads and existing client records
- Monitor application from Loan preparation until settlement
- Communicate with agents, solicitor, lenders, and clients
- Order valuation and organize property reports
- Work on loan serviceability
- Request pricing discounts from lenders
- Manage discharges for settlements
