Role Overview
We are a U.S.-based private real estate lending company seeking a full-time Loan Origination Processor and Investor Submission Coordinator. This person will manage loan opportunities from initial submission through investor placement and term sheet execution.

Key Responsibilities
Receive new loan opportunities from loan originators and brokers.
Enter borrower, property, and loan information accurately into the CRM.
Upload, label, organize, and maintain loan documents.
Review files for missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information.
Request outstanding documents and follow up until files are complete.
Prepare clear loan summaries and investor submission packages.
Conduct preliminary review of loan amount, property type, geography, credit score, leverage, borrower experience, liquidity, and exit strategy.
Match loan opportunities with appropriate investor groups and lenders based on their lending criteria.
Submit deals to investors and track responses, conditions, requests, and proposed terms.
Communicate updates and outstanding requirements to originators.
Prepare and revise term sheets using terms provided by capital partners.
Maintain accurate CRM stages, notes, documents, tasks, and next steps.
Move executed term sheets to the underwriting or closing team.
Manage multiple active loan files while meeting fast turnaround deadlines.
Required Experience and Skills
At least two years of experience in mortgage processing, private lending, hard money lending, commercial lending, real estate finance, or loan operations.
Working knowledge of loan structures and basic real estate underwriting.
Ability to understand LTV, LTC, LTARV, DSCR, borrower liquidity, credit, and exit strategy.
Experience reviewing borrower, entity, property, title, insurance, appraisal, and financial documents.
Strong CRM, spreadsheet, document-management, and data-entry skills.
Ability to prepare accurate loan submissions, summaries, and term sheets.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent organization, responsiveness, communication, and follow-up.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF software,
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with private real estate lending, bridge loans, fix-and-flip loans, DSCR loans, ground-up construction loans, multifamily loans, or commercial real estate loans.
Experience communicating with U.S.-based borrowers, brokers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, or insurance agents.
Experience preparing lender or investor submission packages.
Experience working in a U.S. mortgage or lending company.
Familiarity with loan-origination systems and CRM platforms.
