Licensing Associate

Role Description

We are looking for a Licensing Associate to manage the end-to-end licensing approval process for all designs before they move into production.
You will work closely with the art team, sales team, and external licensing bodies (including Affinity) to ensure designs are submitted correctly, tracked actively, and approved on time.
This role requires speed, attention to detail, strong judgment, and constant follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
1. Review designs created by the art team for Greek and collegiate compliance
2. Submit Greek organization designs to Affinity for approval
3. Evaluate collegiate designs based on college-specific licensing rules and restrictions
4. Ensure designs meet requirements before submission to avoid rejections
5. Actively track all submissions and monitor approval/rejection status in real time
6. Follow up proactively to avoid delays in approvals
7. Immediately communicate approvals or rejections to sales associates and internal teams
8. Ensure no production moves forward without proper licensing clearance
9. Identify patterns in approvals/rejections to improve future submissions
