Lead Software Architect

Design, develop, test and implement web applications. Mobilize and manage a team of highly motivated developers and deliver web applications. Lead by example and implement best engineering practices and construct robust architecture. Mentor junior software engineers. Provide on call support to web services and applications in production.
The successful candidate for this role should have strong logic and analytical skills and a desire to understand the next generation of web technology. Interested developers must have a strong background in application development and excellent knowledge of cutting edge tools such as the following:
HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
AngularJS/Bootstrap/JQuery
Java/C#/PHP/Python

Required Skills
• Experience with cloud development ecosystems and cloud services -- Google, AWS, Microsoft Azure etc.
• Extensive knowledge about APIs. You can design RESTful services as well as integrate with third party APIs.
• Deep knowledge of database tuning and optimization. Ability to choose the best fit for database infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of best practices (TDD, Clean Code, DevOps Methodologies).
• Working experience with Agile development process.
• Experience in mobilizing and managing a team and providing one on one coaching and leadership to other team members
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong fundamentals with the ability to understand industry directions towards convergence and how it applies to application development.
• The ability to debug various types of code and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies is a MUST
