Lead Scraper/Miner/Database Builder

About the role
We are a fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency that works exclusively with buyers agents and property investment companies. We are building a comprehensive global database of every buyers agent and property investment firm in the world — starting with Australia and expanding into the US, UK, Canada, and NZ.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role. We are hiring within the next 24 hours — if you are fast, thorough, and take pride in clean data, apply now.

What you will do
?
Scrape every buyers agent, property advisor, and property investment company globally using Google, Google Maps, LinkedIn, industry directories, and tools like Apollo

Collect business name, website, email, phone, social media, location, and niche for each company

?
Keep everything in a clean, structured, deduplicated Google Sheet

?
Report daily on records added and flag any issues immediately

Strong with Google Sheets — formatting, deduplication, formulas

How to apply

Step 1 — Loom video

Record a short Loom video walking me through exactly how you would scrape buyers agents at scale. Show me your screen, the tools you'd use, and how you'd keep the data clean. No slides — show me you can actually do it.

Step 2 — Google doc strategy

Write up a short Google Doc outlining your strategy for how you'd find as many buyers agents and property investment companies as possible globally. Include the sources and tools you'd use, and give me your realistic estimate of how many you could scrape per day.

Step 3 — Test task

Required
Scrape 20 buyers agents in Australia and submit them in a Google Sheet. Include: business name, website, email, phone, location, and any social media links. This is how I judge quality — make it clean.
