Lead Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Lead Manager to join our real estate investment team. The Lead Manager’s primary role is to speak with property owners over the phone, verify property details, confirm their interest in selling, and schedule appointments with our acquisitions team.

You’ll follow a proven call script to build rapport, gather essential property information, and identify motivated sellers. This role is essential to keeping our acquisitions pipeline full and organized.

Base Pay: $5-6 USD per hour
Commission: Additional compensation can be earned from commissions per lead converted and % of profit from closed deals.

Pay is to be sent out weekly on Friday.

40 Hours per week is the expected work load.

**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to property owners who have shown interest in selling land or property.

Verify property details such as location, road access, utilities, HOA status, and ownership.

Ask key qualifying questions to determine seller motivation and readiness to sell.

Obtain an asking price or pricing expectations from sellers.

Overcome common objections using a guided script and empathy.

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with the Acquisitions Manager.

Document and update lead information accurately in CRM systems.

Maintain professionalism and build trust during all seller interactions.

Ability to follow scripts and take notes efficiently.

Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn.
