Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Generator to help us transition to new niches and improve our client acquisition approach. The Lead Generator will be responsible for finding and contacting leads, working closely with our Virtual Assistant (VA) to schedule appointments and keep her updated on progress. This role focuses on identifying clients within the WFH sector across various industries, with a primary emphasis on acquiring clients in the Transportation/Trucking sector.

Job Details:

Duration: 2-month (60-day) contract with potential for permanent employment based on results
Hours: 15 hours/week
Rate: $4.00/hour
Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential leads
Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant to communicate appointments and updates
Focus on transportation and WFH job roles
Direct leads to VA for appointment setup with the recruiter
Participate in biweekly meetings and maintain regular communication with the VA
Aim to secure at least 3 contracts within 60 days
Requirements:

Experience in lead generation or sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using email and CRM tools
