Fig Femme is an Australian-made organic intimate hygiene brand founded in 2020 and co-founded by brand ambassador Lindy Klim. Our pH-balanced range — including intimate washes, hydrating mists, biodegradable wipes and restore masks — is gynaecologist-approved, 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are stocked at Priceline, The Iconic and Poosh, and have been featured in Harper's Bazaar, Grazia, Body+Soul and the Today Show.
We are expanding distribution into the brothel and massage parlour channel across Australia and are seeking a driven, professional and organised VA to lead this outreach campaign.

Role Overview
This is a structured, outreach-focused VA role. You will contact brothels and massage parlours across Australia on behalf of Fig Femme with the goal of booking venue manager meetings and securing wholesale orders for our product range.
You will be provided with a database of 217 pre-researched venues across VIC, NSW, QLD, WA and SA — complete with contact details, ready-to-use email templates, phone scripts and a step-by-step daily process guide.

Key Responsibilities

Contact 15–20 venues per day via email, phone call or online contact form
Use provided templates and scripts — personalise each message with the venue name and manager name where available
Conduct a brief 2-minute website review of each venue before making contact
Send Follow-Up #1 on Day 4 (including free sample offer) and Follow-Up #2 on Day 10 (final touch)

Email
the Fig Femme Wholesale Catalogue to venues upon request
Book meetings or discovery calls between interested managers and George via provided calendar link
Record all outreach activity in the Outreach Tracker spreadsheet — status, contact method, dates and notes
Notify George immediately via WhatsApp when a meeting is booked or an order is placed
Submit a Friday weekly report covering: contacts made, emails sent, calls completed, meetings booked, orders placed and key objections heard
Comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 — include opt-out options in all emails and honour all DNC requests immediately


Daily KPIs & Targets

15–20 venues contacted per day
75–100 venues per week
5% target conversion to meeting or sample request
1–2 orders per week by Month 2
