Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and tea ---------- etings to ensure alignment with goals
- Set performance metrics and monitor team productivity
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans for tea ---------- mbers

Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards using various visualization tools
- Create and standardize reporting templates and KPIs across departments
- Implement data quality control measures and monitoring systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes

Strategic Operations:
- Oversee lead generation and skip tracing operations
- Develop and optimize data collection and management strategies
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Data Management & Optimization:
- Establish best practices for data organization and storage
- Oversee the implementation of data validation rules and quality controls
- Lead process automation initiatives using Excel macros and other tools
- Develop standard operating procedures for data handling
- Monitor and optimize team performance metrics

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in BPO setting preferred

Technical Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including Advanced Formulas and Macros)
- Experience with database management systems
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of data processing and automation tools
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices

Working Hours:
- PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:
- Training: $4/hr
- Upon Graduation: $5/hr
- Performance Evaluation after 4 months for a Salary Increase
- Weekly Payout

- Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
- Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
- Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
